We proudly address ourselves as the super-smart, tech-savvy next generation of the globalized world. Most of us are leading a fast-paced life that challenges us to compete with the rat-race and carve our own niche. Don't we find ourselves waking up worried and stressed about completing the pending tasks of the day?  Instead of waking up with a calm mind & starting the day with meditation, we rush throughout the day juggling with innumerable activities. We tend to do multi-tasking in order to manage our time and jobs well, however, in haste.
