Experience is the Best Teacher

There is nothing as unpredictable as life and there is nothing as constant as change in life. Both the elements are necessary for the ebb and flow of nature. It is a box of assorted fruit and nut chocolates, you may never know which one you might get. Similarly, you are surprised and struck with a potpourri of occurrences in life. Some experiences leave us amused while a few of them disappoint us. However, we must not forget the fact that they help in shaping our thought-process and molding different personalities into an enlightened being. Though we might love or despise certain experiences, we learn a great deal of wisdom from each mistake or accomplishment on an individual level or by watching those around us. When we look back, we realize how far this journey has transported us to a stronger and wiser person. Colors of Rainbow - Happy Holi

On this Auspicious occasion, I'm here to wish a very happy Holi to all the wonderful readers. May this beautiful festival brighten up your dull and dreary life by the sheer illumination of its vibrant colors as we commemorate the victory of good over evil and embrace the spring season soon after.  The clouds, wind and the sky are embellished in the kaleidoscope of vivid colors of excitement and fervor. Our childhood is reminiscent of the free-spirited fun-filled days while celebrating each fest to the fullest. The youngsters and children prep up with the bucket full of water balloons and water cans to throw at every passer-by while they try to be evasive in turn. People tend to forget any hard feelings between them by coloring each other's faces with gulaal. Not to forget, a lot of people, like our neighbors used to, drench in buckets of heavy duty colors which stained the streets pink and purple for a couple of weeks.
