It is Okay to Cry, honey!

Well, there are times we feel like crying our eyes out repenting over the loss or a mistake that can't be undone. But, we feel guilty for being so vulnerable at times. Today, my topic is to make you realize why crying is not so bad, after all. Also, how it can be therapeutic, if you work about it, strategically. So, if you wonder 'is it okay to cry?' Then go ahead reading the answer to this question. In fact, Let’s rephrase your question. ‘Is it ok not to cry?’ Here’s what happens when we don’t cry: We tend to build hard walls of ice around us so nobody can break our barrier of self-defense because we are afraid to pull our guard down lest someone might break our hearts again. We stop having heart-to-heart conversations with people who matter because we learn to keep things to our inner core.
