Tried and Tested Relationship Hacks

At someone's request, here are the tried and tested relationship hacks that make love last longer:

Ignorance: Love is not rosy all the time. There will be times when you will disagree with your lover. So, anytime your better half says something nasty, I have seen the other half ignoring such things. Ignorance is bliss because you don’t want to make a mountain out of a molehill.

Tolerance: Anybody who wants to make their relationship work needs to have heightened tolerance. I’m not saying that you take their nonsense but practice tolerance when you know they love you but have turned bitter due to a crisis.

Laugh it off: When they pass a taunt or snide remarks at you for something that you find unreasonable and somewhat harmless, then learn to laugh it off. It not only creates a light-hearted atmosphere but also prevents the situation from becoming heated up.

Be Optimistic: As I said before, life isn’t always rosy because roses come with thorns. Keeping an optimistic state of mind can help you look at the brighter side of every situation. A positive mindset attracts a positive outcome. It has been observed that men get drawn to positive women. Women find optimistic men attractive and appealing. You can literally change a negative into positive by switching to optimism.

Patience: Patience is a virtue worth a million dollars. Yes, stop being impulsive and impatient. Like they say, good things come to those who wait. It takes years for a seed to turn into a flourishing tree bearing fruits to be savored later on. When you exercise patience, things unleash in their own time and pace. For example, you just met a guy whom you exchanged glances with and you feel a connection, You exchange numbers. But, if you straightaway reveal your hidden desires, you might push him away. With patience, you will get to know his feelings, his thoughts, his preferences to help you make the right decision.

Be alert, Be smart: Don’t be the carefree girl who lives in her own sweet bubble. Not always. Be vigilant. Be alert for the tell-tale signs that your lover doesn’t always put in words but expresses through gestures or behavior. Learn to read between the lines. Don’t blindly trust or blindly love anyone, no matter how true. Always take your brain with you. Don’t always fall for their lame excuses or lies. Be smart enough to catch his lies or excuses.

For now, this is all I could think of. I hope you enjoy reading this blog as much as I enjoyed writing it.
Thanks for reading :)

Or Listen to your preferred Nature sounds from a varied range, for couple of minutes.  Don't rush, don't push, don't force it ... Let your intrusive thoughts flow li...

Be A Rebel- For the Right Reasons

Courtesy- QuoteFancy "Unless you stand up for something you want really bad, chances are you won't get it." "If you always abide by other's rules blindly, you can't create your own." Being a rebel is good because you create a haven for yourself, a world where people are free to fall, get up, make healthy mistakes and learn from them. Nobody is pressurized to be a perfectionist. Everyone is a romanticist where we create free-flowing patterns of theories and fields we hold expertise in. This is a place where a fire of innovation and invention is burning with intensity in everyone. This is a safe haven where people get goaded to perform better by watching competitors excel. There resides a wrathful passion and perseverance in the inhabitants. People flourish with the ebb and flow of creativity. Nobody is made to feel inferior for whatsoever reasons. We groove, gym, giggle, groan but never growl at each other. Once we promise our word, we stand ...

How to move beyond failure toward success?

What is holding us back from being successful? The fear of making mistakes  The fear of getting judged The fear of getting mocked at The fear of failure The fear of losing despite trying very hard Don't be afraid of trying, trying, trying till you succeed. Always believe in your potential despite a hundred unwanted people telling you otherwise.. Always keep the flames of self-motivation burning. Parents, please do not humiliate your kids when they make mistakes, Sit them down, respect their efforts and humbly tell them the lesson hidden in that failure. It is very important to learn from your mistakes and rather than cringing at them like a bad chapter, consider them shapers of your increased confidence and strong character. Stop listening to the voices in the outside world of those buzzing in your mind. Dictate them your achievements, no matter how small or big. Do not let anyone bog you down by reminding you of your embarrassing moments in the past, Sho...
