Meditation, to me, is any creative or spiritual activity that calms your senses and silents the chaos in your mind.
It helps bring alignment in your mind, body and soul.
Usually, we take solace in conventional methods of meditation. Amid the cobwebs of our hectic lives, these structured techniques become too tedious or monotonous.
So, here are some easy-peasy daily activities that are entertaining yet soul-soothing for meditation. Read on:
Meditation could be writing, baking, praying, walking in the woods, hearing the birds chirping and rain sounds, dancing to your favourite rhythm, singing a melody or listening to a song that uplifts your very existence.
If you are too restless to meditate, try quick 5 or 10 minute GUIDED meditations in your chosen language. Or Listen to your preferred Nature sounds from a varied range, for couple of minutes.
Don't rush, don't push, don't force it ...
Let your intrusive thoughts flow like a cloud and disappear gradually. Try it. It helps you recharge your batteries and rejuvenate your senses to take the world by storm. 🌨️☁️
