1. Shift your focus to your self-love and self-care.
2. Practice detachment from him to reclaim your peace of mind and power back.
3. Do this for yourself unconditionally. Do not expect any outcome.
4. Be neutral, polite yet concise in your conversation with him. Very minimal. Only endearing glances should be exchanged. I mean, detachment doesn't mean rudeness. It doesn't mean letting go or creating any distance.
5. Focus on what makes you happy, your hobbies, do that. Be it for 10 -15 mins atleast.
6. Listen more, observe more, with a cool mind. Answers might be in front of you. However, seeing the situation objectively might help you get clarity.
7. Don't explain yourself at all. While, you need to take your own space in this relationship as well as life, let him take his own space. Don't ask any questions, if u do ask.
